of the subject property .
LANDSCAPING
There will be a landscaped area 5 feet wide
located along the southerly line of the subject
property , wh� ch will be landscaped in accordance
with a plan approved by the City of Renton Planning
Department . ,
Any vialation or breach of any of these restrictive covenants may
be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior Caurt of
King Cour�ty by either the City of Renton or any property owners
adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by said
