' Occupancy use is B-3 assembly area and F-2 storage of merchandise. PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102" (A) Subject structure, because of dilapidation, deterioration, decay, faulty construction or inadequacy of its foundation, is subject to structural failure under its design usage. (C) Subject building, because of inadequate maintenance, dilapi- dation, decay, inadequate light and sanitation facilities, is determined by the County Health Officer to be unsanitary, and such condition is likely to cause sickness or disease. (D) Subject building, because of obsolescence, dilapidated con- dition, deterioration, inadequate exits, lack of sufficient fire resistive construction, faulty electric wiring and heating apparatus, is determined to be a fire hazard. (G) Subject structure, exclusive of the foundation, shows thirty three percent (33%) or more deterioration of its supporting member or members, and fifty percent (50%) damage and deteri- oration of its nonsupporting members, including outside walls or coverings. (I) Portions of subject building are likely to fail or to collapse and thereby injure persons or damage property.
