For and in consideration of the Renton Wastewater Utility granting a permit to connect to and utilize
the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) of the abuve described property, their successors,
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to acce�t ancl �articipate in the Sierra Heibhis Locai
Improvement District (LID 335).
� 1/We acknowledge that:
�� 1. This agreement was fr�ely entered into in consideration of the City of Rentan allawing
� cc�nnection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the conlpletion of the LID �nal
� assessment roll and the associated pu�lic hearing.

:?� 2. VtTe do receive benetit from the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will nc�t prc>test or appeal the
inciusian of this parcel in the LID.
3. We reserve the right ta participate iTi the �uhlic hearing far the LCD and �arotest or appeal the
amount of the final LID assessment d�irinb said hearing.
4. The terms and conditions of this agreement evill remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been ado�ted hy City Council and recarded with King County at
which time this agreement will terminate.
