For and in cUnsideration of the Renton Wastewater Utility granting a permit to connect tc� and utilize
the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the c�wner(s) uf the above described property, their successors,
� heirs and assigns, hereby a;ree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local
� Improvement District (LID 335),

� I/We acknowledge that:
� l. This agreement was freety entered into in consideration of the City of Renton allawing
� connection ta the sanitary sewer system dt a time prior to the completion of the LID final
M3 assessment rall and the associatea pui�lic hearing.

2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will not pratest or appeal the
inclusion c�f this parcel in the L1D.
3. We reserva the right to participate in the public hearing for the LiD and grotest or appeal the
amount of the tinal LID assessment during said hearin;.
4. The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted by City Counci] and recarded with King County at
which tima this agreement will tenninate.
