assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local Impravement '��
District(LID 335). _•

� l. This agreement was freely entered into in consideration af the City of Renton allowing connection to `
,r,� the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to thc campletion of the LID final assessment rall and the
t�' associated public hearing.
� 2. We do receive benefit fram the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will aat pratest or appeal the
� inclus'ron af this parcei in the LID.

� 3. We reserve the right to participate in the public hearing for the LID and protest or appeal the amaunt
� of the final LID assessment during said hearing.
4. The terms and conc�itions of this agreement�vill remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing the
Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted by�ity.Council and recorded with King County at which
