Lot 51, Sierra Heights Division �/2.
For and in consideration of the Renton Wastewater Utility granting a permit to connect to and utilize
the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) of the above described property, their successors,
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept ancl participate in the Sierra Heights Local
Improvement District (LID 335).
I/We acknowledge that:
1. This agreement was freely entered into in consideration of the City of Renton allowing
�� connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time pi•ior to the completion of the L1D final

.,,� assessment roll and the associated puhlic hearinb.

� 2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heights Sanita�y Sewer and will not protest or appeal the
n1 inclusion of this parcel in the LID.

4. The terms and conditions of this a�reement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted by City Council and recorded with King County at
which time this agreement will terminate.
