inclusion of this parcel in the LID.

� 3. We reserve the right to parti�ipate in the public hearing for the LID and protest or appeal the
amount of the final L[D assessment durin� said hearing.
4. The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain in effect until the Ordinan�e establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted by City Council and ;ecorded with King County at
which time this agreement will tern�inate. .
