heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local �

Improvement District (LID 335). r�

�; connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the completion uf the L[D tinal
; assessment roll and the associated public hearing. :�

C 2. We do receive benetit from the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will not protest or appeal the
� inclusion of this parcel in the LID.

3. We reserve the right to participate in the puhlic hearing f��r the LID and protest or appeal the
amount of the tinal LID assessment during saici hearing.
4. The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adonted hy City �ou�5ci1 ana recoraec► with King Counry at
