heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Lc>�al ;;
� Improvement District (LID 335). �

_ 1. This agreement was freely entered into in consideration of the City of Renton allowinb �
C connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the cumpletion of the LID t7nal
�-j assessment roll and the associated puhlic hearing.

2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will not prutest or appeal the�
inclusion of this parcel in the L[D.
3. We reserve the right to participate in the puhlic hearinb f�r the LiD and prc�test or appeal the
amo�mt of the tinal LID assessment durinb said hearing.
4. The terms and conditi��ns of this abreement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LtD#335 has been adopted by City Council and recorded with King County at
which time this a;reement will terminate. • -------
