the Sierra Heibhts Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) e�f the above described property, their successors,
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local
Improvement District (LID 335). �
I/We acknowledge that:
�' 1. This agreement was freely entered into in consideration of the City oY' Renton allowiri�

O connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the completion uf the LID tinal
� assessment roll and the associate�l ��uhlie hearinb.
� 2. We do receive henetit from the Sierra Heibhts Sanitary Sewer and will not pr��test or appeal tli�
r--� inclusion of this parcel in the LID.

3. We reserve the ribht to partici�ate in the puhlic hearinb fic�r the LID an�l prutest or appeal the
amount of the t�inal LID assessment �iurinU saicl he�rinb.
4. The terms and conditions of this a�reement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establiShing
the Sierra Hei�hts LID#335 has been adoptecl hy City Cot�ncil and recorded with King County at
which time this agreement will terminate. �
