the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) of the ahove described property, their successors, ',
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and pai-ticipate in the Sierra Heibhts Local
Improvement District (LID 335). �'{

amount of the final LID assessment during said hearing.
4. The terms and cc�nditions uf this abreement will remain in effect until the Orclinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been acloptecl hy City Council anil recUrdecl with King C�unty at
