Lot 18, Sierra Heights Division #2.
For and in consideration of the Renton Wastewater Utility granting a permit to connect to and utilize
the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) of the above described property, their successors,
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local
Improvement District (LID 335).
I/We acknowledge that:
1. This agreement was freely entered into in consideration of the City uf Renton allowing
connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the completion of the LID final
assessment roll and the associated public hearing.
ti 2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heibhts Sanitary Sewer and will not protest or appeal the

�,r-� 3. We reserve the ribht to participate in the puhlic hearing for the LID and pr��test or appeal the
Oamount of the tinal LID assessment durinb saicf hearing.

Q'� 4. The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain in etifect until the Orclinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted hy City Counc:il and recordecl with King County at
which time this agreement will terminate. �
