heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and par-ticipate in t11e Sierra Heights Local
Irnprovement District (LID 335).
I/We acknowledge that:

the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adc�pted by City Council and recorded with King County at
which time this agreement will terrninate. ,
