For and in consideration of the Renton Wastewater Utility granting a permit to connect to and utilize
the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) of the above described property, their successors,
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local
Improvement District (LID 335).
I/We acknowledge that:
l. This agreement was freely enterecl into in consideration of the City of Renton allowing
connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the completion of the LID tinal
assessment roll and the associated p�iblic hearing.
2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heibhts Sanitary Sewer and will not pr�test or appeal the
inclusion of this parcel in the LID.
� 3. We reserve the right to participate in the publi� hearing for the LID and protest or appeal the
�, amount of the tinal LID assessment during said hearinb.

� 4. The terms and �onditions of this agreement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
� the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted by City Council and recorded with Kinb County at
Owhich time this agreement will terminate.
