DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
WHEREAS, Angelo Calabrese and Ruth E . Calabrese , his
wife , are the owners of the following real property in the City
of Renton , County of King, State of Washington, described as
follows :
Lots 3, 7, and 8, Block 44 , Corrected
Plat of Renton Highlands No . 2, as recorded in
Vol . 57 of plats page 92 thru 98, records of

— WHEREAS , the owners of said described property desire to impose

grant and impose restrictions and covenants running with the land
as to the use of the land hereinabove described with respect to
the use by the undersigned, their successors , heirs and assigns ,

No buildings or structures shall be permitted

SCREENING
Screening along the ten (10) foot strip adjacent
to the north property lines of Lots 3, and 8,
Block 44, Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No . Z
shall consist of a combination of a wall or view
obscuring fence not less than six (6) feet nor
more than ten (10) feet in height and landscaping
suitable for screening purposes . Screening shall
