KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESF.NTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporatien,
is the owner of an unrecorded easement acquired from Renton School
District No. 403
dated on August 9, 1943 , over real property described
as follows:
A utility easement, 2� in width, over the following described property:
A strip or tract of land 20.0 feet in width lying 10.0 feet on each side of the
following described line; Beginning on the North margin of Second Avenue in the
City of Renton, Washington, at a point 132.2 feet East of, and 30 feet North
of the intersection of the center lines of Second Avenue and Shattuck Street;
thence in a Northerly direction on tangent along the center line of Shattuck
Street North produced in a Southerly direction for a distance of 875 feet
� more or less to the South margin of Tobin Avenue.
