WATER LINE EASEMENT AfN�ON,WA 98055 THIS WATER LINE EASEMENT is entered into this �77� day of ,�J'����. , 1985, by and between TROJAN LITHOGRAPH COMPANY, a Washington corporation, hereinafter called "Gran- tor" , and the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington hereinafter called "Grantee" . W I T N E S S E T H: Said Grantor for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bar- � gain, sell, convey and confirm unto said Grantee its succes- �p sors and assigns an easement for water lines with necessary � appurtenances over, through, across and upon the property � described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated � herein by this reference, located in King County, Washington. � Said property hereafter described as the "Easement Tract" . �p The Grantee, its' successors or assigns , shall have the right without prior notice or proceeding at law at such time as may be necessary to enter upon the Easement Tract for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing the water line or making any connections therewith without incurring any legal obligation or liabili- ties therefore provided that such construction, maintenance, repairing, altering or reconstruction of said water line shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in or near the Easement Tract shall not be disturbed or destroyed; or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed they will be replaced in as qood as condition as they were immediately before the Easement Tract was entered upon by the Grantee. The Grantor reserves the right to fully use and enjoy the Easement Tract, including the right to use the surface of the Easement Tract if such use does not interfere with the installation or maintenance of the water line, and so long as no permanent buildings or structures are erected on the Easement Tract. This Easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon the Grantor' s heirs, successors and assigns.
