'� . , �., _ _ ... .. _... __ ��--..."-, � ,�, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT THIS TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is entered into this /"7 r"�i day of $ � .S� , 1985 , by and between TROJAN LITHOGRAPH COMPAN-�Washington corporation, herein- after called "Grantor" , and the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington hereinafter called "Grantee" . W I T N E S S E T H: t"� Said Grantor for and in consideration of Ten Dollars � ($10 .00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which � is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bar- �i gain, sell, convey and confirm unto said Grantee its succes- M sors and assigns an easement for construction of a water line � with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon CD the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and � incorporated herein by this reference, located in King County, Washington. Said property hereafter described as the "Easement Tract" . The Grantee, its' successors or assigns, shall have the right without prior notice or proceeding at law at such time as may be necessary to enter upon the Easement Tract for the purpose of constructing the water line or making any connec- tions therewith without incurring any legal obligation or liabilities therefore provided that the construction of said water line shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in or near the Easement Tract shall not be disturbed or destroyed; or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed they will be replaced in as good as condition as they were immediately before the Easement Tract was entered upon by the Grantee. The Easement herein granted is a temporary easement and shall automatically terminate upon completion of construction of the water line and approval of said water line and appurtenances by Grantee and the Easement Tract and the easement rights granted herein shall automatically revert, without notice, to Grantor, it' s successors and assigns upon such acceptance of the water line. This easement described above is in accordance with the Marina Landing Apartments Water System Improvements as designed by RH2 Engineering Kirkland Washington, July 1985, on their drawings sheets 1 thru 14, and by reference are made apart of this agreement.
