After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds:

1. THE COMPLAINT OF THE ACTING BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1. SUBJECT BUILDING IS NOT TO BE OCCUPIED.
2. THE BUILDING AND PROPERTY IS TO BE BAITED FOR RATS.
3. THE PROPERTY AND BUILDING IS TO BE CLEANED OF ALL DEBRIS AND CLOSED TO
UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days' of the date of service of this decision or order.
