FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21,' Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated APRIL 12TH , 197 3 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
ington beginning at 9:00 o'clock A .M. , MAY 9TH , 1973 .

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds:
1. THE COMPLAINT OF THE ACTING BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1. THE PREMISES BE BAITED FOR RODENTS.
2. FIFTEEN (15) DAYS BE GIVEN TO BOARD UP THE BUILDING.
3. THE NUISANCE BE ABATED.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
