KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal
� corporation, is the owner of an easement acquired from Mary L. Underwood,
� Barbara J. Underwood, and Delbert W. Underwood
Odated November 22, 1977 recorded under Auditor �s File No. 7803270661 records
M of King County, over real property described as follows:
OA utility easement, 30 feet in width, over the following described property:

� The south 30 ft, of the S 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 3,
Two. 23 N, Range 5 E, W.M. lying easterly of the easterly right-of-way
line of 138th Ave. SE (New Castle Road) .
All that portion of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Twp. 23 N,
Range 5 E, W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies 1780.25 ft. east of the SW corner of
the SE 1/4 of the N�A 1/4 of said Sec. 3, as measured along the south
line thereof to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 30 ft. ; thence W
to west line of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Sec. 3; thence S 30
ft. ; thence E to the True Point of Beginning.
Together with all that portion of said SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 3
described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of said Sec. 3; thence N 30 ft. ; thence E 1550.25 ft. to the
True Point of Beginning; thence N to north line of S 1/2 of the S 1/2
of the S'�V 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 3; thence E 30 ft. ; thence S to a
point 30 ft. N of south line of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Sec. 3; thence

THE CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under
a portion of the above described easement. Said portion of the above
described easement to be released is described as follows:

Range 5 E, W.M. , King County, Washington, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said
Sec. 3; thence N 30 ft. , thence E 1550.25 ft. to the True Point
of Beginning; thence N to north line of S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the
SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 3; thence E 30 ft. ; thence S to a
point 30 ft. N of south line of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Sec. 3; thence
