Syr:�tad are the owners of the following real property in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washi.ngton; and Rubin Salant has contracted to pnrchase the following real property in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washinqton, described as follows: Parcel "A": A tract of land situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 23 Alorth, Range 5 East, W. M. more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the 1/4 corner on the South line of Section 20, Township 23 � North, Ra.nge 5 East, W.M. ; Cp thence North 0'08'49" East along the center line of said Section 20, 0 953.37 feet to the true point of beginning, which is the Southeast corner � of the tract herein described; N O thence continuing North 0'�08'49" East 317.79 feet; � thence Westerly parallel to the East and West center line of Section 20, � 625.71 feet; thence South 0° 13'18" West 317.81. feet; thence Easterly parallel to the East and West centerline of said Section 20, 626.12 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT all coal and minerals and the right to explore for and mine the same. ACCESS Only two vehicular access points shall be constructed onto Grant Avenue South subject to approval of the Public Works Department, City of Renton. DURATION I These covenants shall run with the land and expire on December 31, 2025, provided all of these covenants are fulfilled and completed in accordance herewith. Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any other property owners adjoining described property who are adversely affected by said breach. Reasonable attorneys' fees incurred during an enforcement proceeding will be borne by the party or parties whom the court determines is in error and shall be entered as a judgment in such action. � H.
