Upon dedication of the north 30 feet of the southerly abutting property, owned by the City of Renton, for public right-of-way, the aforesaid owners will construct a public street within the combined public right-of-way of 60 feet to applicable standards of the City of Renton as required by the Public Works Department, City of Renton.
