Rental durin9 foreclosure Fran the time of canmencement of aRy action to foreclose a lien , against an apartaient for non-payment of delinquent assessments, the owner of such apartment shall pay to the Association of Apart�ent Owners the reasonable rental value of said apartment to be fixed by the Board of Oirectors �f the Association of Apartment 0►mers, and the plaintiff in any such foreclosure action shatl be entitled to the appointment of a recniver to collect the same.
