Said improvements shall include but may not be limited to the installation of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street paving, undergrounding of utilities, and street lighting. These covenants are imposed in lieu of Section 9-1105. 6. of Title IX of Ordinance #1628 of the City of Renton.
