� THIS DECLARATION, made this lst day of March, 1979 by

; ferred to as Declarant,

' WHEREAS, Declarant is the legal and beneficial owner of

certain real property described as follows:
� Victoria Park No. 4 as recorded in Vol.�of plats, Page

WHEREAS, Declarant will convey certain of the said proper-
ties subject to certain protective covenants, conditions restrictions,
.,� reservations, liens and charges as herzinafter set forth; and

� � WHEREAS, the above described property has been accepted
� _ into the Victoria Park Homeowners Association, Inc. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant hereby declares that the property
described hereinabove shall be held, sold and conveyed, subject to
the easements, restrictions, reservations, charges, liens, covenants,
and conditions as contained in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions '
and Restrictions of Victoria Park No' s 1, 2, and 3, as recorded under �i
King County 1�uciitor' s File No. 6388371. All of the covenants, con-
ditions and restrictions contained in said Declaration are incorporated
herein by �izis reference, all for tr.e p�arpose of enhancing and pro-
tecting ttie value,czesirabilitY and attractiveness of the above-des-
cribed real property. These easements, restrictions, reservations,
charges, liens, covenants and conditions shall run with the real
property and shall be binding on all parties having or acquiring any
right, title or interest in the described properties or any part
thereof, and shall inure to the benefit of each owner thereof.
ARTICLE I
DEFINITIONS
The definitions contained in Article I of the Declaration
of Covenants , Conditions, and Restrictions of Victoria Park No' s ,
1, 2, and 3, as recorded under King County Auditor' s File No. 6388371 '
are hereby incorporated by this reference.

� , The "common properties" of Victoria Park No. 4, for pur-
poses of Section 5 of Article I of said Declarations are described
as follows: '
Tracts "A" and "B" of the plat of Victoria Park

"Declarant" , for purposes of Section 10 of Article I of
said Declarations shall mean Valley Cement Construction, Inc.
