TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this l�°�-�- day of May 1988 , by and
between CITY OF RENTON PARK DEPARTMENT
hereinafter cal ed the Grantor, and King County, Washinyton, hereinafter ca led t e
Grantee:
WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Grantor represents and warrants t:hat he is the owner (tenant,
mortgagee) of that certain parcel of land described as follows:
That portion of the Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4 and that portion of
the Southwest 4 of the No�cthwest 4 of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range
5 East, W.M. , King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly margin of the Columbia
� and Puget Sound Railroad right of way and the West line of the Section;
� thence North along the West margin to a point which is 320 feet, measured
� � at right angle frorn the Northwesterly margin of the right of way;
� thence South 75°41'53" East to the Westerly margin of 149th Avenue S.E.;
thence Southerly along said Westerly margin to the North margin of the
k Columbia and Puget Sound Railroad right of way;
� thence West to the Point of Beginning.

� WHEREAS, the Grantee is about to perform certain improvement work on

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the Grantor hereby grants to the
Grantee by this temporary easement, the right to locate equipment and to work on the
following described land for the purpose of carrying on said construction activities
consistent with the purposes of the project.
The Northerly 100 feet of the Southerly 120 feet of the above described

This agreement shall remain in existence until such time as Grantee will have fully
carried out the original construction necessary to complete the project.
