Said heretofore mentioned grantee� its successors or asslgns� shall have
the right. althout prior notice or proceeding at law� at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon sald above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
in9, mai�talning� repairing� altering or reconstructing said utilitles, or making
any connections therewlth� wlthout incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore� provided� that such construction� maintaining� repalring� altering or
reconstructlon of sald utilitles shall be accomplished in such e rnanner that the
prlvate .lmprovements existing 1n the rlght(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged� they w111 be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and en�oy the aforedescribed premises� lncluding
the rlght to retaln the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not lnterfere with installation and maintenance of the uti11t1es. However�
the grantor shell not erect bu9ldings or structures over� under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such ut111ties.
Th1s easement� shall be a covenant running wlth the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, his successors� helrs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above propertles and that they have a good and lawful
rlght to execute thls agreement. ,
