Said heretofore �entloned grantee, its successors or assigns. shall have
the rlght. without prio� �otice or proceeding at law. at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon satd above described property for the purpose of cpnstruct-
ing. maintaining. repairing. altering or reconstructing said utilitles. or making
any connections therewith. wlthout incurriny any legal obligations or 11ab�ility
therefore� provlded. that such constructlon. maintaining, repairing. altering or
reconstructlon of s�ld utillties shall be accomplished in such a ma��ner th�t the
prlvate lmprovements exlsting in the rlght(s)-of-Way shall not be dlsturbed or

the rlght to retain the right to use the surface of sald right-of-way if such use
does not lnterfere wlth lnstallatlon and maintenance of the utilities. Ho.wever,
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over� under or across the

This easement, shall be a covenant running wlth the land and shall be bindi�g
on the Grantor. his successors. heirs and asslgns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owncrs of the above propertles and that tl�ey have a good and lawful
