- Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or asslgns� shall have

necessary t� enter upon said above descrlbed property for the purpose of construct-
inq� maintalning� repairing� altering or reconstructing said utilitles� or making
any connectlons thPrewlth, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
theretore� provided, that such construction� maintaining� repairing� altering or
reconstructlon of sald utilitles shall be accompllsl�ed in such e manner that the �

The Graiitor shall fully use and en,�oy the aforedescribed premises� including

does not interfere wlth installatlon and maintenance of the utilities. However,
the grantor shell not erect buildings or structures over�� under or across the
rlght-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
Th1s eisement� shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, his succe�sors� helrs and as�lgn5. Grantors covenant that they
are the law�ul owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful
