of the portion of said NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 lying easterly
of State Highway #2 less east 182 feet.

and until such time as the street improvement has been accepted for operation
and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than November 1 , 1988.
