� WHEREAS the owners of said described property desire to impose

;� the following restrictive covenants running with the land as to use ,

� �resent and future, of the above described real property;
-, NOW THEREFORE, the aforesaid owners hereby establish, grant
I �� and impose restrictions and covenants running witb the l�nd as to the
�-' use of the land hereinabove described with respect to the use by
the undersigned, their successors , heirs and assigns , as follows :
' HEIGHT RESTRICTION
No building or structure shall be constructed exceeding
a maximum height of twenty-five (25) fe�t .
CONSTRUCTION START

Construction shall commence within three years and be
completed within one year thereafter. In the event
that construction is not undertaken within the three-
year period, said property shall revert to former R-2
zoning, and said restrictive covenants shall become
void, without further action or hearing thereon.
These covenants shall remain in full force and effect , unless otherwise
� � changed or amended by the parties in writing, for a period of twenty
� �� (2�) �4S from date hereof.

� ��� Any violation or breach of any of these restrictive covenants may
\ be enforced by pro;�er legal procedures in the Superior Court of King
County by either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining
subject property who are adversely affected '�y said breach.
