. WHEREAS, Olga M. Lewis, a single woman, is the owner of the following real
property in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington, described as
follows:
� Lots 27 and 28 in Block 26 of C. D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens Addition
Oto the City of Seattle Division No. 1 as per plat recorded in Volume 17
� of Plats, Page 74, records of King County; situate in the City of Renton,
N County of King, State of Washington.

� WHEREAS, the owner of said described property, hereinafter "the property,"

desires to impose the following restrictive covenants running with the land as to
the use of the land hereinabove described with respect to the use by the undersigned,
her successors, heirs and assigns, as follows:
SITE REVIEW
Pursuant to Section 4-3010(A) (6) of the Hearing Examiner Ordinance, as amended, of
' the City of Renton, review of all site plans by the Hearing Examiner is required
prior to development of the property.
DURATION
These covenants shall run with the land and expire upon development of the property
following site plan review by the Hearing Examiner of the City of Renton. Proper
legal procedures in the Superior Court of King County may be instigated by either
the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining subject property who are
adversely affected by any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants.
Reasonable attorneys' fees incurred during an enforcement proceeding will be borne
by the parties whom the court determines are in error and shall be entered as a
judgment in such action.
