In addition, internal landscaping to consist of not less than 5% of the gross paved area shall be planted and maintained within the interior of the parking lot. DURATION These covenants shall run with the land and expire upon occurrence of the earlier of the two following events: 1) the termination of a revocable permit executed between The Boeing Company and the City of Renton for use of right-of-way property located between N. 4th Street and N. 6th Street on Burnett Avenue N. ; or 2) any change in the approved use of the subject property for a parking lot. Proper leqal procedures in the Superior Court of King County may be instigated by either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants. Reasonable attorneys' fees incurred during an enforcement proceeding will be borne by the parties whom the court determines are in error and shall be entered as a judgment in such action. � f������ y �— Dale R.
