RELEASE OF COVENANTS �=E�'-+•�d`_`�► .fi.:}::+:=�:�. :�t��t
WHEREAS, King County required certain covenants to be filed as a
matter of record for Short Plats No. 577074C and 577075C, those
covenants being filed under Auditor' s File� No. 78091307g3 and
7809130794, respectively, and •
� WHEREAS, the City of Renton has annexed these properties to the
�
� City of Renton and is the governing agency over these properties, and
� WHEREAS, the intent of these covenants was to prohibit construction
H
� on these properties until sanitary sewers were available to serve the
land, and
WHEREAS, sanitary sewers are now available to serve the land,
NOW THEREFORE the City of Renton does hereby release from these
covenants the subject property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated hereby by reference as if fully set forth.
