COVENANT
THE UNDERSIGNED PARTIES hereby acknowledge that the
� City of Renton shall remove the municipal requirement of the

� installation of a parapet on the property described in Exhibit A
� attached hereto and hereinafter referred to as the "Premises"

� until such time as the Premises are occupied by more than one
tenant. In the event that more than one tenant comes to occupy
the Premises, then the City of Renton parapet regulation in
effect as of the date of this Covenant shall apply.
