WHEREAS, the owner of said described property agrees to impose the fol- lowing restrictive covenant running with the land as to use, present and future, i of the above described real property. DURATION This covenant shall run with the land and expire on December 31, 2025. � If at any time improvements are installed pursuant to this covenant, the portion of the covenant pertaining to the specific installed improvements as required by the Ordinances of the City of Renton shall terminate without necessity of further documentation.
