MARTZ and SALLY A. MARTZ, husband and wife, are the owners of the following real property in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington, described as Exhibit "A" attached hereto; pWHEREAS, the owners of said described property desire to �D c� impose the following restrictive covenants running with the land L7 e�i � as to use, present and future, of the above-described real property. C� L^, GO NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owners hereby establish, grant and impose restrictions and covenants running with the land hereinabove described with respect to the use by the undersigned, their successors, heirs and assigns as follows: PERPETUAL PRESERVATION OF NATURAL VEGETATION The owners of the above-described property, their successors, heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to assure the perpetual preservation of the natural vegetation on proposed Lot 2 of Short Plat 082-83 which legal description is attached as Exhibit "B" . ' CONVEYANCING The owners of the above-described property, their successors, heirs and assigns, hereby further covenant and agree that proposed Lot 2, referenced hereinabove, shall only be conveyed as a totality with Parcel A described on Exhibit "C" , attached hereto.
