undersigned. their successors. heirs, and assigns as follows:

Any vlolation or breach of these restrlctive covenants may be enforced by proper legal
procedures in the Supsrior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property
owners adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by said breach.
