COVENANT TO PARTICIPATE IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

�`'4� � � WHEREAS Rowland J. Watson has short platted certain property
within the City Limits of the City of Renton; and
WHEREAS a condition of short plat application is the
installment of certain off-site improvements unless deferred or
waived by the City of Renton; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Renton has
� authorized the deferral of said off-site improvements upon

Q execution of this Restrictive Covenant, NOW THEREFORE said

� Rowland J. Watson does hereby impose the following Restrictive
� Covenant on this property:

Rowland J. Watson shall install curbs , gutters, sidewalks,
storm drainage, utilities and other utilities and street widening
upon demand by the City of Renton that he install such
improvements and alternatively at the City' s election he does
agree to participate in and not protest the formation of any
Local Improvement District or County Road Improvement District or
Local Improvement District to install any of the deferred off-
site improvements. This is a covenant running with the land.
This covenant affects the following described real estate :
