RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
PARK PLACE SHORT PLAT
Know all men by these presents that RAMAC, Inc. , a
Washington Corportion, having its principal place of
business in the City of Renton, State of Washington, (herein
referred to as "Corporation" ) owner of that certain Park
Place Short Plat lying within the corporate limits of the
� City of Renton, and more particularly described in said
� short plat, which plat shall be recorded concurrently
� herewith, and which legal description is attached hereto as

� Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, by

� this instrument adopts and places the following restriction
� upon only the lot Number 3 within the said short plat .
Reference is made to the said Park Place Short Plat .
