WHEREAS, Wendell G. Clark and Claudia B . Clark , husband and
wife, are owners of real property in the City of Renton , County of
King , State of Washington , described on Exhibit " A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference .
WHEREAS , the owners of said described property desire to
impose the following restrictive covenants running with the land
as to use , present and future , of the above described real
