WE, the undersigned owners of a parcel of re���_pr�ertyi ��.�

situate in King County, Washington, the legal description of
which is as follows:
The North 236 feet of the South 931 feet of the East
837. 16 feet of the West 1, 077. 16 feet of the Southeast
, guarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 31,
Township 23 North, Range 5 E.W.M. , in King County,
Washington.
have heretofore made application to the City of Renton,
� Washington, for a Short Plat, which application is presently

� pending under Renton Short Plat - 068-87, and we do hereby

� covenant and agree as a condition to the granting of the Short

r� Plat by the City of Renton, as follows:

;,�} 1. That upon the granting of the Short Plat by the City of
Renton, proposed Lot 1 thereof shall be made and become
a part of existing Tax Lot No. 73, which is in the
process of being sold to the Guru Nonack Seek Society
of Washington.
2. That upon the granting of the Short Plat by the City of
Renton, proposed Lot 2 thereof shall be made and become
a part of existing Tax Lot No. 107, now owned by Mr.
Jack Martz.
That said Covenants, Restrictions and Reservations herein
contained shall be perpetual and shall apply to and be forever
binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, and are imposed upon said property as
an obligation or charge against the same for the benefit of the

� parties herein named, their successors and assigns; and as a
general plan for the benefit of the property hereinabove
described.
