No. R677063) approved in 1979. The covenant stated as follows: " that no improvements are to be made or placed upon the land for the purpose of human habitation, including tents, tent frames, and trailers or campers, and that no � other improvements are made to the property other than M fences or those necessary for agricultural, open space or � forestry purposes , unless or until said lot(s) are � approved by King County in accordance with County short p plat regulations. �� . � GD The property was subsequently annexed to the City of Renton O following approval of the short plat.
