Said improvements shall include but may not be limited to the installation of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street paving, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, undergrounding of utilities, and street lighting. These covenants are imposed in lieu of Section 9-1105(6) of Title IX of Ordinance #1628 of the City of Renton. DURATION These covenants shall run with the land and expire on Dec�mber 31, 2025.
