Except as may be otherwise set forth herein Grantee's rights shall be exercised upon that portion of the Property
(the "Right of Way" herein) described as follows: :.'
An Easement area 5 feet in width having 2.5 feet of such width on
either side of a centerline described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the above described Lot;
thence East along the South property line thereof 75.5 feet to
` the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence North at right angles to said South line 20 feet and the
� terminus of said centerline description.
* If, after 5 years, September 30, 1995, the temporary pole and guy wire is
still in use, Puget Power shall at the Owner' s request relocate the temporary
pole and guy wire to the Northeast corner of the intersection of 3rd and
Main, until such time as I-405 work is completed and Puget' s facilities are
restored to their original designed location.

3. Crantor's L�se of Right ol Way.Grentor reaerves the right to use the Right of Way for any purpose not inconsistent
with the rights herein granted,provided,thet Grantor shall not construct or maintain eny building or other structure on
the Right of Way and Grantor shall do no blasting within 300 feet of Grentee's facilities without Grantee's prior written
consent. • .
4. Successors and Assigns.The rights and obligations of the parties shall inure to the benefit of and be binding npon
their respective successors and assigns.
