That portion of Lot (I) being the north 166.00 feet of Lot (4) and all of Lot (3) of Renton
Lot Line Adjustments 002-83 as recorded in King County Record of Survey Vol. 34, Pages
254 and 254A under recording No. 8301259002. A strip of land 15.00 feet wide, lying 7.50
feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot (1) thence SO1°14'28"W along the west line
thereof 7.50 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as point "A", thence continuing
