Dennis Dochnahl and Bernadene Dochnahl , owners of the following real property i.n the City of Renton, County of Ki.ng, State of Washington, described as Exhibit 'A' attached hereto. WHEREAS, the owners of said described property desire to impose the following restrictive covenats running with the land as to use, present and future, of the above described real property.
