� shall be used for a group home for not more than six
� developmentally disabled adults.
�� 2. Good Shepherd of Washington agrees that in all other
respects the use limitations on the property shall
� be those of the R-1 zoning code.
3. Good Shepherd of Washington agrees that the failure
to develop the property according to the terms of
the Conditional Use Permit within one year, or to
otherwise abandon the specific Conditional Use
Permit or discontinue this group home for any
reason, shall cause the property to revert to its
prior R-1 zoning classification.
