In consideration of variance V-099-90 granted by the City of
Renton, we covenant that the property described in Exhibit A shall
not be subdivided. This covenant shall run with the land and be
binding upon our heirs, executors and assigns .
This covenant shall continue as long as the structure which is
the subject of variance V-099-90 is in existence, or until such
changes occur in the land use controls applicable to the property as
would permit its subdivision without a variance, whichever shall
occur earlier
